Why did you not go to the police about what Paula did? She sounds like a predator which is totally unacceptable - especially as you were obviously so very young! You also should have got some counselling - serious counselling - not garden variety counselling as Dr Phil would say! Have you received any counselling for being preyed upon!

I would go to the Independent Police Conduct Authority (IPCA) about some issues you raised. While I release the IPCA more side with the Police then not sometimes they have come out against the police's actions..

The IPCA and the police would not care. I was raped in 2011 in Nelson. The cops laughed at me and refused for 12 months to let me report it. The IPC said it had nothing to do with them the police response. National government said "who cares". That includes Ms Bennett telling me by mail she had no interest in the matter. This allegation against Ms Bennett is very serious but I'd be unsurprised to find it true.
You won't get appropriate counselling from the hospital or acc so don't even try. It'll just stress you more begging for help and being refused. Cops in dunedin protect paedophiles from prosecution so chances are matelling if you go to the cops about her they'll arrest you instead
