Technically, It's legal, but doctors refuse to prescribe it and even if they did the only option is watered down/alcohol based prohibitively expensive extracts made by foreign companies whom are having great difficulty importing it,
it's only illegal to grow your own medicine, give it to people in need, process it in any way, or use it yourself.
Remember "medical cannabis will be legal in 100 days?
